Live long live strong is a fitness class geared towards men and women 60 and up.

Several skills focused on include strength building, Range of Motion improvement (flexibility), Balance/coordination. Exercise has been proven to help maintain functionality and improve lifestyle.

An 85 year old man who exercises is on par with a 55 year old who doesn't! So that means we have the power to feel like an 85 year old on his last stretch or a 55 year old with 30 more years filled with vitality and quality.
